آزمایش سیستم رفرنس ویکی‌داد

مطابق ماده ۱ قانون مدنی، رئیس‌جمهور باید ظرف مدت پنج روز مصوبه را امضا و به مجریان ابلاغ نماید.[۱]

همچنین روزنامه رسمی موظف است پس از ابلاغ، مصوبه را در مهلت مقرر منتشر نماید.[۲]

در صورت استنکاف رئیس‌جمهور از انجام تکالیف مقرر نیز سازوکار خاصی برای انتشار مصوبه پیش‌بینی شده است.[۱]
